By accessing or using MoodBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MoodBoard
• Clients must be invited by a licensed clinician to access the platform
• Clinicians must hold valid professional credentials in their jurisdiction
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

MoodBoard provides:

• AI Companion: Voice and text-based conversations with an AI grounded in your clinician's evaluation
• Journaling: Tools to record and reflect on your thoughts and feelings
• Session Memory: Continuity across conversations for meaningful support
• Clinician Dashboard: Tools for clinicians to manage cases and review client progress
• Safety Features: Crisis detection and appropriate response protocols

You agree not to:

• Use MoodBoard as a substitute for emergency mental health services
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system
• Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

• Not Medical Advice: MoodBoard does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or prescriptions
• AI Limitations: Our AI may occasionally provide inaccurate or inappropriate responses
• Availability: We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Third-Party Services: We use third-party providers for voice processing and AI capabilities

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the safety of users or the platform. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodBoard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
